1. Who we are and what this policy covers
UAE Portfolio is a validation-stage project. It is operated by Consensus Labs, 41 Zakaria Paliashvili Street, 0177 Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This policy covers:
- the website uaeportfolio.com, including the waitlist, the contact form, the methodology and insights pages;
- emails you send to us or receive from us about the waitlist.
It does not cover the off-plan map at uaeportfolio.brokers.properties. That map runs on the Realiste platform (realiste.ai, formerly realiste.io) and is offered with an independent, licensed partner broker. We do not operate it and do not control what data it collects (see section 4).

2. What we collect
We collect only what you give us through the waitlist or by contacting us, plus the technical data any website needs to work.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, passport details, bank details or other sensitive data through the waitlist.
The website runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it loads its fonts and code from our own host rather than from third parties.
3. Why we use it
We use your data to run the waitlist and to find out whether there is enough demand to build UAE Portfolio. Joining the waitlist does not make you a client and creates no advisory relationship.

We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to property developers, brokers or other third parties for their own marketing. We do not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who else handles your data
A few service providers process data on our behalf, only on our instructions and only for the purposes above.

We may also share data with professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) under confidentiality, with authorities where the law requires it, and with a successor entity if UAE Portfolio is incorporated or transferred. In that last case this policy, or one at least as protective, continues to apply.
Off-plan map. The off-plan map at uaeportfolio.brokers.properties runs on the Realiste platform and is offered with an independent, licensed partner broker. We do not operate that site. We do not decide what data it collects, which cookies or trackers it uses, or with whom it shares data. Anything you enter or do there is governed by the terms and privacy policies of Realiste and the broker, not by this policy. Before you leave our page for the map, we show a notice saying so.
If you buy through the broker, it may share limited transaction details with us to settle a referral fee. We handle that information under this policy.
5. International transfers
Our providers run servers in several countries, including the United States and the European Union, and Cloudflare delivers the website from data centres around the world. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence. Where the law requires it, these transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or by the providers' standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Otherwise, at most 24 months after our last contact with you. If you later become a client, the terms of that engagement take over.
- Emails and documents: as long as needed to answer you and keep a reasonable record, at most 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a client engagement.
- Technical data: kept by our hosting providers for short periods under their own retention rules, typically days to weeks.
When we unsubscribe you, we may keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including for legitimate interests;
- send your data to you or another provider in a portable format.
You can withdraw your consent to waitlist emails at any time, through the unsubscribe link in any email or through the contact form. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before.
To use any of these rights, send us a message through the contact form. We reply by email within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
9. Security, children and changes
Security. All pages are served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Waitlist entries and messages are stored in access-restricted systems that only we can read. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial or identity documents by email or through the form.
Children. Our website and waitlist are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has joined the waitlist, tell us and we will delete the entry.
Changes. We will update this policy when our services, providers or legal structure change, for example once UAE Portfolio is incorporated as its own legal entity. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects how we use your waitlist data, we will tell you by email.
